I started writing Harry Potter fan fiction in 2004, not too long after The Order Of The Phoenix came out. After devouring that book, I decided I needed more stories, so I started reading and then writing my own. The first story I wrote, Reconnecting, was born out of an idea of two people who hadn’t seen each other in a very long time getting reacquainted. That story spawned Just Friends which made me wonder what had happened before that.

Back when I was first posting on Checkmated (RIP), I wrote and posted them out of order and the number one question I got was, “What order should I read your stories in?” Honestly, I feel like you can read them in any order and pick up on the clues in each story to see when it takes place, but I’ve presented the list of stories here in chronological order.
